Fit depends on accurate measurements, manufacturing tolerances and the right material. The workflow is designed to surface those decisions before an order.

We're developing a supplier comparison workflow for China and the United States. Available processes, materials and delivery destinations will depend on the suppliers connected at launch.
Everyday prototypes
FDM printing can be a useful starting point for concept models, simple enclosures and fit checks. Material, orientation and wall design determine whether a part suits its purpose.
Fine detail
Resin processes such as SLA suit detailed models and smooth surfaces. Resin properties vary; appearance alone does not establish strength or heat resistance.
Functional nylon parts
SLS and MJF are options to evaluate for more demanding geometries and functional parts. We'll make the supplier's material specifications and finishing choices visible.

Partvo is being built with a web workspace and a shared API workflow. Bring your own agent, or work with our design assistant.
Clear specifications
Structured dimensions and versioned designs give your agent a precise record of what it is asking to make.
Explicit authority
Scoped access and owner-set spending limits are part of the design. Generating a part should not imply permission to buy it.
One approved version
File purchases and manufacturing requests will refer to an exact approved design, so changes remain visible.
REST and MCP support are in development. Public agent access is not enabled.

Can I upload a sketch or place an order today?
Not yet. This is our public introduction while we finish authentication, CAD generation, payments and supplier connections. Email us to discuss a use case or ask about early access.
Will Partvo support both China and US printing suppliers?
That is the plan. We want to offer comparable choices using the same approved design, with the manufacturing location, material, shipping cost and estimated delivery shown for each offer. Specific suppliers have not been announced.
Does a photo provide exact dimensions?
No. A known measurement is needed to establish scale, and additional views or measurements may be necessary. Critical interfaces and clearances must be confirmed.
Will I be able to use my own AI agent?
Yes, that is part of the planned service. External agents and our own assistant will use controlled design workflows, with explicit approval for purchases.
What kinds of parts are outside the initial service?
The initial service is intended for ordinary, non-safety-critical prototypes and project parts. Weapons, medical devices, child-safety parts, pressure vessels, mains-electrical parts and food-contact claims are outside the initial scope.
